Hanoi – Sapa
Seat-in-coach transfer from Hanoi to Sapa. Arrive in Sapa around noon, then take a "xe om" (motorbike taxi) to Ta Van village for your homestay. Walk around the village and help prepare dinner with your local host, then share the meal with them.

Ta Van – Lao Chai
Breakfast with local food in local style. A local H'mong guide leads you on a trek in and around the village, sharing stories of the mountains and rivers. Return to the village for lunch. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Sapa – Lao Cai
Breakfast at the local house. A "xe om" takes you back to central Sapa to explore the town at your own pace. In the afternoon, take the local bus from Sapa to Lao Cai for the overnight train to Hanoi. Overnight in a tourist-standard cabin (4-berth, shared, A/C).

Arrival Hanoi
